For 22 years I’ve successfully helped & inspired people around the world through professional training in Customer Experience, Customer Service & Contact Center management. My decades of global multi-industry workshop facilitation give me the stories and real world examples that people love. In addition to Training, my company’s Research group has conducted more than 20 years of Mystery Shopper & VOC research. Our research work informs our training work and provides numerous case studies & examples that we share with our Participants.
On the academic side I’m a Lecturer at Hochshule Fresenius Germany which follows years of teaching at the Singapore Civil Service College and the Executive Education arm of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
Though I’m American by birth my path has been international. For the last 5 years I’ve lived in Germany and before that I lived 20 years in Singapore which is where I first opened my company in 2001.
