- Από το 2008 απασχολούμαι σχεδόν αποκλειστικά με τα customer operations, customer service & technical support σε εταιρίες όπως η Hellas on Line & Forthnet/ nova
- Από το 2017 είμαι Operations Director στη WIND Hellas και πλέον NOVA με ευθύνη τα retail operations αρχικά και από το 2018 και τα Customer Operations: Customer Care, Provisioning, Back Office & Technical Support
